Terms of use
1. The service
MyLoop (the "app") is a web app that groups audio you own into albums, stores it on your device and plays it on repeat. There is a free version and a Pro version unlocked by a one-time purchase. These terms apply to everyone using the app and this website.
2. Your content
- Only add audio you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for any infringement of copyright or other rights in content you add.
- The app never uploads your audio to our servers or shares it with anyone. Audio moves only between your devices and the Google Drive you connect.
- The app doesn't extract audio from streaming services (such as YouTube) and doesn't play DRM-protected files.
3. Pro license
- Buying Pro gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app's Pro features.
- One license key can be active on up to 3 devices at a time. You may not share or resell keys.
- We may deactivate a key that has been published or abused.
- Pro is not a subscription; future updates are included at no extra cost.
4. Payment and refunds
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record, and Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply. Taxes may be added depending on your region.
- Unused licenses: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the license key has not been activated on any device.
- Activated licenses: Pro is a digital product that permanently unlocks features with a one-time payment and includes offline caching. Once the key has been activated on a device, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded for a change of mind. Please check that the app works on your device and browser with the free version (1 album, 10 offline tracks) and the demo album before buying.
- Technical problems: if a serious defect in the service keeps the Pro features from working as described and our support ([email protected]) cannot resolve it, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase regardless of activation.
- A refunded license key is deactivated. Any rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Changes to the service
- The app is built to be installed and work offline. An activated Pro license is verified on the device without our server, so it keeps working on that device even if the way we run the service changes.
- Features that need a server, such as license activation and Google sign-in, may change as needed; significant changes are announced in advance.
6. About your data
Audio and albums are kept in browser storage. Clearing browser data or resetting the device can delete them, so keep your original files. We hold no copy of your data and cannot restore it.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage caused by how devices, browsers or operating systems behave or restrict apps (for example browser storage cleanup or background-playback limits), or by outages of third-party services (Google, Lemon Squeezy). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
8. Third-party services
Google's terms apply to the Google Drive connection and Lemon Squeezy's terms to payment. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes and governing law
Changes to these terms are posted on this page with the effective date; changes to your disadvantage are announced 7 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If this English version and the Korean version differ, the Korean version prevails.
